About Antoinette “Toni” Peck

As an attorney for over two decades, Antoinette “Toni” Peck has served Hendry County and Southwest Florida by handling thousands of cases that directly impact individuals, families, and businesses at some of the most critical moments in their lives. Toni's career has been defined by hard work, careful preparation, and a commitment to ensuring that every person she encounters is treated with respect, even if those persons are opposed to her.

Toni began her career as a judicial law clerk, analyzing the legal arguments of attorneys, researching the issues of the cases and caselaw, and drafting judicial opinions, orders and bench memorandums for the judge. She then joined the Public Defender's Office in Hendry County, garnering extensive courtroom experience. She continued on in trial work and opened her own general practice law firm in LaBelle, with a mission to meet the needs of the community in Hendry County. She has represented clients in complex family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, adoption and dependency cases, as well as land use and business disputes.

Beyond the courtroom, Toni has a demonstrated commitment to community service. She is a past president of the Hendry-Glades Bar Association, where she added a young lawyers section to the association and secured grant funding for programs from the Florida Bar. She has been actively involved with the Caloosa Humane Society, serving first as its pro bono counsel before joining the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors. She was the race director for the Caloosa Humane Society's Swamp Stomp 5K for three years, doubling the number of race participants under her leadership and growing the race as a one of the predominant fundraisers for CHS. Toni currently serves on the Board of Directors for the LaBelle Chamber of Commerce and the Caloosa Riders Bicycle Club.
Toni is a graduate of the Florida Bar's Wm. Reece Smith, Jr. Leadership Academy. She has been recognized by the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, Florida Rural Legal Services, and the Lee County Bar Association for her pro bono work and service to professionalism panels and specialty courts that serve Hendry County. Toni regularly provides pro bono services to families and children in need, as she believes this service is a core value of those who take the oath of an attorney.

Toni and her husband, Isaac, celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary this year, and they are the parents of four children, Avery Bella, Jane and Teddy. Outside of the law, Toni enjoys participating in triathlon sports, and completed the 140.6 miles of Ironman Maryland in 2022. Toni also is a dedicated musician, playing the flute and oboe at her church as well as the Lee County and Southwest Florida community bands.
